Dr. Graham Smith and his staff are committed to personalized, quality patient care. Dr. Graham Smith provides individualized treatment for each of his patients, which includes comprehensive diagnostics to ensure proper diagnosis, proper rehabilitation, referrals and appropriate surgery when necessary to help resolve pain and discomfort from spinal disorders. Three therapists are on staff that have specialized training in physical therapy, myofascial therapy, chinese medicine and acupuncture. Additionally, Dr. Graham Smith works with a small network of specialists in Jacksonville to facilitate the care of his patients. This network includes interventional radiologists that specialize in diagnosing spinal disorders and performing therapeutic blocks; anesthesiologists that specialize in pain management and performing diagnostic and therapeutic blocks; and Clinical psychologists trained to address the special stress problems of injured workers and patients needing surgical treatment.
Patients traveling from out of town are able to get coordinated care, which includes evaluation, diagnostic testing and diagnosis during their visit with the cooperation of Dr. Graham Smith’s network of specialists.
Appointments can be made by calling 904-391-6862 ext. 10, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Our office phones are on service from 11:30-1:30 daily. We accept most insurance policies, however we are not participating with Aetna, Tricare primary or Medicaid. We accept Aetna PPO as an out of network provider.
